We currently offer shipping services exclusively within India. We deliver to all states and union territories across the country, including remote and rural areas.

• Remote Areas: 7-10 business days

Express Delivery (Available in select cities)

• Orders above ₹999: FREE shipping
• Orders below ₹999: ₹99 shipping charge

Express Delivery

• All orders: ₹199

Cash on Delivery (COD)

• Additional COD charges: ₹49
• Available: Pan-India
• COD limit: ₹15,000

• Weekend/holiday orders processed next business day

Delivery Challenges

Undelivered Packages

• Held for 7 days at courier facility
• Returned if unclaimed; return shipping may apply

Remote Area Delivery

• +1-2 days in some areas
• In rare cases, self-collection from courier office
• Extra charges may apply

Damaged or Lost Packages

Damaged Packages

• Inspect on delivery
• Report within 24 hours with photos

Lost Packages

• Report within 48 hours of “delivered” status
• Resolution within 7-10 business days
