Order Cancellations

• Orders can be cancelled before dispatch
• Once dispatched, cancellation is not possible
• Email or call us for order cancellation

Returns & Exchanges

• Return within 7 days of delivery
• Items must be unused, tags intact, and in original packaging
• Non-returnable: innerwear, customized items, clearance sales

Refund Process

• Refunds processed after quality check
• Refund time: 7-10 business days to original payment method
• COD orders refunded via UPI or bank transfer

Exchange

Exchanges allowed for size or color, subject to availability.

Return Pickup

• Available in select pin codes
• Else, self-ship with tracking to our return address
